Our services include free in-home design consultations, professional laser measurements, custom fabrication, and expert installation. All window coverings—including roller blinds, zebra blinds, plantation shutters, vinyl shutters, California shutters, wood shutters, sheer shades, and window arch shades—are custom-crafted to measure.
3. Communications & SMS Terms
By submitting a web form, requesting an in-home quote, or opting in to receive communications from Diamond Custom Shutters:

Our factory direct pricing model connects homeowners directly with custom fabrication, eliminating unnecessary retail middleman markups.
5. Wood Shutter Repair Services
Our wood shutter repair services evaluate existing window coverings based on structural integrity, louver condition, and component compatibility. Depending on the condition and type of shutter, repair can be a practical, cost-effective alternative to full replacement. We provide honest recommendations on whether repair or replacement is best for your windows, without guaranteeing universal repairability or fixed costs prior to in-person inspection.
6. Fabrication, Delivery & Installation
Custom window treatments are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications once measurements and specifications are verified. Fabrication and delivery schedules are communicated upon order confirmation. Diamond Custom Shutters coordinates professional installation with experienced installers and communicates any timing adjustments promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Diamond Custom Shutters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the products or services provided under the applicable confirmed order.
