About Diamond Custom Shutters

“I began working in the window covering industry in 1989. From the beginning, I knew I wanted to build something of my own: a company where quality workmanship, honest service, and treating customers with respect would always come first.

In 1997, I turned that vision into reality and founded Diamond Custom Shutters Inc.

My goal has always been to become a leading name in window covering installation by doing the job right, respecting people's time, and standing behind the quality of our work.

One experience that has stayed with me involved a customer who contacted me more than 20 years after I had installed shutters in his home. He had kept my business card because he was so pleased with the original installation. When he decided it was time to replace his shutters, he reached out to me again.

That kind of trust means everything. It reminded me that honest work, integrity, and attention to detail can build relationships that last for decades.
